How many times must a dog loose to a porcupine before it learns to avoid them?

This is the second trip to the Vet. with quills in the dogs mouth.

No burning of fleece this year

This year we bagged our fleece and gave it to someone willing to do the processing to make it acceptable for sale.
The wool must be cleaned before it is worth anything.

I estimate the weight was 400 lbs.

This time, 51 full size animals sheared within 6 hours.
