It was a very successful year as we only had two dead chicks out of a total of 104.
Our first morning we stopped butchering chickens at # 16 because they where just too small ( 3 lbs.)
Two weeks later we did 64 in one day. (4 1/2 - 5 lbs.)
We completed the remaining 22 chickens the following morning.
